Madame Mai operates in South Adelaide and distributes Frozen Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (Bun Bo Hue) and Frozen Beef Noodle Soup (Pho) to more than 20 grocery stores across Adelaide and Melbourne. We are now expanding to other big cities in Australia such as Sydney and Brisbane.

Being passed the secret homestyle cooking recipes, we preserve the traditions and develop them with frozen technology. Our technology does not require you to add water to boil the soup so that they can enjoy the most authenticity of the flavour. We guarantee the restaurant quality in every bowl with tender meat, yet offer a fairly reasonable price
